At first, their intelligent staff thought it was a DDOS issue, stating on their Twitter:
“Due to high overload of our system and attempts of DDos attacks we forced temporarily suspend website for upgrading our hardware and software. The service will be restored as soon as possible. All coins are SAFE! Sorry for inconvenience.” [email protected]
Now, they seemed to have figured out the issue, posting the following update.
“Dear Users, we found what is the problem, we thought it was DDoS, but our domain registrator put our domain on hold. We took all steps needed to unlock access to our site. But it can take some time. Don’t worry. All coins are safe. We are doing our best to solve the situation.”
